Each KSIB project team is carefully curated from experienced former executives, consultants, and industry and functional experts. Rather than deploying large teams of junior resources, we use small teams of highly experienced team members with relevant expertise and experience supported by AI enabled technology. Our team is led by senior employees, all of whom have significant experience in large professional services firms, executive roles, or both.
