Policy Principles
Quality and accountability
We believe that human judgment and oversight is essential to the quality of the services we provide. As such, all AI-enabled work outputs are subject to human scrutiny, and final accountability for deliverables rests with human professionals, not AI systems.
Ethics
AI is used consistently with our firm's values and professional responsibilities.
All AI applications comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Bias, fairness and transparency
We transparently disclose when AI is used to inform insights, recommendations, or analysis.
Data used in AI systems is representative, accurate, and sourced responsibly. We regularly review AI outputs for unintended bias or unfair impact.
Safety and security
The safety and security of our AI systems are paramount. We maintain robust security measures to protect our AI technologies from misuse and ensure they operate reliably and safely.
Governance and compliance
KSIB reviews this policy annually, at a minimum, to ensure it remains in accordance with technological advances, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.
We adapt our AI practices based on feedback, audits, and industry evolution. A responsible officer oversees compliance with this policy.
