Our story
KSIB was founded by Kristin Stubbins AM in 2024, driven by her resolve to help clients cut through complexity in order to take advantage of opportunities and to effectively manage risk.
Our company philosophy is inspired by the Ironbark tree, a species that is prolific in the area where Kristin grew up. These trees are known for their ability to grow tall and straight, bending around obstacles when needed.

Our approach is to work with management and the Board, not to “do it to” an organisation. We take a deep and objective approach to understanding your business, listening, considering and investigating issues at all levels, inclusive of people, systems, processes, and controls.
