Kylie’s career spans three decades including senior international, commercial roles at a major multi-national pharmaceutical company where she was instrumental in driving operational excellence. Kylie holds a Science degree and an MBA specialising in supply chain and project management. 

At KSIB, Kylie is passionate about creating a culture where collaboration and creativity thrive, enabling the team to deliver exceptional results for clients. Her ability to lead with empathy and decisiveness has earned her a reputation as a trusted leader.  

Outside of work, she supports community initiatives and enjoys mentoring aspiring professionals.
