With a foundation in finance, she specialises in combining operational discipline with people-centred leadership to use technology in lifting capability, compliance, and engagement.

As a Senior Partner in a major professional services firm, and former Chief People Officer for the Australia and New Zealand business, she works closely with boards and executives to design and deliver complex change. With experience in diverse sectors including Financial Services, Government and Energy Transition, her focus spans workforce and skills transformation, succession planning, strategic talent risk, and governance over issues such as payroll integrity and AI-enabled workforce change.
