Sarah is a seasoned executive with over 30 years’ experience across consulting, people and culture, and senior leadership roles.  As a Senior Partner in a major professional services firm, and former Chief People Officer for the Australia and New Zealand business, she works closely with boards and executives to design and deliver complex change. 

Sarah now has a portfolio career with a combination of Advisory and Board Roles. Sarah is an Associate with KSIB focusing on supporting business to address complexity associated with their workforces including strategic, AI-enabled workforce planning, optimisation and talent attraction. She has recent experience supporting organisations address challenges with attracting talent, supporting unionised workforces through workforce planning, and integrating with third party providers and Joint Venture Partners. 

Sarah is a member of the Rural Assistance Authority Advisory Board and is a Non-Executive Director on the Agricultural Business Research Institute (ABRI) . She is committed to supporting opportunities for inclusion as the ACT Chair for Chief Executive Women and through her involvement in the Minerva Network.
